Position Description
CGI is an exciting global company of with a culture of intrapreneurship, ownership, and teamwork. CGI is seeking an Executive Assistant to manage the administrative duties for two senior executives and associated operating teams. We are seeking someone who is interested in being a key contributor to this fast paced and rapidly growing business, with a positive can-do attitude.

Your future duties and responsibilities
The Executive Assistant will work closely with executives on administrative and operational initiatives. Tasks include but are not limited to: overseeing all scheduling activities, assisting in setting up and running meetings and events (internal and external), assisting with communications activities, managing local, national, and international travel logistics, working with SharePoint, MS Teams channels, and completing assigned project work.

This individual will provide completion of assigned project work and ad hoc data requests.

As the gatekeeper of communications, the Assistant will interact frequently with external clients as well as internal executives. Importantly, this individual will have responsibility for managing purchase requests/orders, paying invoices, obtaining and submitting signature approvals for assigned executives.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
To be considered for this role, candidates should have 3+ years of demonstrated success supporting a busy team and have a positive, can-do attitude. Candidates must be able to manage heavily overscheduled calendars through the use of Outlook and be proven analytical thinkers who can identify and weigh different options for solving problems and then make an independent decision on how best to resolve issues. Strong organizational skills are essential. All candidates must have extensive experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Teams

• Analytical thinker who can identify and weigh different options
• Initiative and creativity to come up with ways to improve efficiency and organization; constant learning and organizational improvement
• Energetic, professional corporate image, and positive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new tasks
• Ability to remain calm when situations occur and resolve them quickly and professionally; unflappable
• Ability to handle confidential material appropriately
• Ability to work outside of business hours as needed (not expected at all times)

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $59,000 - $103,200."
