The right individual will join a team tasked with ensuring our product meets our rigid quality expectations, as well as continually looking to improve the efficiency of the work done by our team each and every day. This position will act as a liaison between Development and Operational Teams to support system features and enhancements from requirements to post-implementation.

Job Summary

As Inside Sales Representative you will perform a high-volume of outbound and inbound sales activities, owning the prospecting and qualifying lifecycles. This position affords significant exposure to small and medium sized business owners, with endless opportunity for career advancement with Ceterus as we accelerate growth.

  • Manage personal sales pipeline and performance
  • Track and optimize sales process activities

Requirements
What we're looking for:
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills
  • Experience cold-calling (B2B SaaS experience is a plus)
  • Professional and personal demeanor
  • Strong desire for improving processes
  • Action bias
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Familiarity with CRM
