Customer Success Representative

DESCRIPTION

Our Customer Success Representative works directly with our entrepreneur customers to answer questions, provide technical support, relay important feedback to the accounting team, and develop new and creative ways to better serve our customers.

Our team members are self-starters who can jump in and learn quickly. Ideal candidates understand how customer service contributes to the overall success of Ceterus. A ridiculously positive attitude and even better set of people skills are musts. Ideal candidates will also be able to handle fast-moving, high-pressured situations while remaining calm and collected.
