Job Summary

As Sales Associate, you will perform a high-volume of outbound and inbound sales activities, owning the prospecting and qualifying lifecycles. This position affords significant exposure to small and medium sized business owners, with endless opportunity for career advancement with Ceterus as we accelerate growth.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead generation and prospecting
  • Lead qualification and discovery
  • Lead nurturing
  • Cold Calling 2.0
  • Manage personal sales pipeline and performance
  • Track and optimize sales process activities
  • Identify and track personal KPIs

REQUIREMENTS

What we’re looking for:

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills
  • Experience cold-calling (B2B SaaS experience is a plus)
  • Professional and personal demeanor
  • Strong desire for improving processes
  • Action bias
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Familiarity with CRM
  • Desire to learn and grow with Ceterus
