Job Description

Cerner Nordics are now looking for a Senior Program Manager who can join our Swedish team and support the development and coordination of our exciting projects and programs. In both Region Skåne and the Region Västra Götaland , programs are underway in which we create an integrated digital healthcare environment and replace a large number of existing IT systems in hospitals and in primary care with a uniform solution. The new solution will manage the health of the region's residents and consist of a modern digital healthcare system that enables increased patient participation, improved patient safety, and a better working environment for healthcare staff.

As a Senior Program Manager with us, you get to participate and solve some of the most important and most up-to-date challenges in the digitalization of health care in Sweden today. You are responsible for planning, designing, coordinating, and internally following up some of our programs together with the management team in the Nordics. You report to the Lead Program Manager in Sweden and have contact with several parts of the business not only nationally, but also in the global organization.

We are looking for you who is a committed problem solver and want to continue your career in a meaningful role where you help solve complex challenges. You have earlier experience from consolidating and analyzing disparate data sources. We believe that you have worked for several years at, for example, a consulting company or perhaps with business development in the welfare sector. You have an analytical profile, are used to lead projects, and are a skilled communicator.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Master in data science , engineering or equivalent academic education with very good university degrees
  • At least 5 years working experience of project management
  • Good knowledge of Swedish health care
  • Experience from consolidating and analyzing disparate data sources
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both in speech and writing
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience of working with clients, regions and healthcare professionals in Swedish health care
  • Previous experience of measuring and reportingacross large program/projects

  • Ability to travel up to 60%

Additional Information
