Job Description

Join our team as a PRN Pharmacist for our on-site health center for a large,local employerinColumbus.This health center has a proactive, educative approach where associatesand their dependentsare motivated to adopt healthy lifestyles and practices.

As a PRN Pharmacist you will prepare and oversee preparation and dispensing of prescription medications to members. You will make decisions regarding generic substitution of prescribed pharmaceuticals and oversee the acquisition of drugs and medications. The PRN Pharmacist will also counsel members on drug indications/contraindications, dosage, drug interactions, and side effects and provide other drug and pharmaceutical information as appropriate.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Registered Pharmacist
  • At least 3 years of community or clinical pharmacy setting work experience

Preferred Qualifications
  • Pharmacy Doctorate or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification (ACLS)- American Heart Association
  • Basic Life Support Certification (BLS)

  • Must live in or near theColumbus area
