As the Clinical Consultant for the Benelux region you will partner with Cerner client clinical stakeholders to form relationships and holistically impact client clinical performance, satisfaction, and clinical and business outcomes during project engagements. You will provide clinical guidance and expertise to clients and the internal project team whilst consulting and collaborating with clients to design clinical workflows. You will collaborate with the client and the Cerner team in defining organizational readiness and change management plan.
You will facilitate the analysis of current state, future state, and gap analysis and also manage and own the client's value measurement plan. You will also provide clinical risk management and workflow expertise to ensure that information technology is introduced in a safe and optimised manner. You will be expected to support the engagement management team in ensuring project deliverables and timelines are met in order to deliver value to the client as committed and lead client meetings and facilitate discussions around clinical alignment and adoption of technology.
- Bachelor's degree in Clinical Studies or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a licensed clinical role or healthcare work experience
- Dutch language skills
- At least 1 year's health care information technology (HCIT) consulting work experience
- A minimum of 4 year's people management work experience
- French language skills preferred
- Eligible for licensure to practice in their field or comparable global training
- Willing to travel up to 100% as needed
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
