You will be working within the Nordic Program Management team reporting to the transition executive responsible for building the Finnish business unit. This groups mission to relentlessly support our clients to define and deliver breakthrough innovation that will shape health care of tomorrow. This team reports into Cerner's client organization that is responsible for the overall deliver of large-scale programs across Cerner's global organization.
As a Lead Program Manager, you will lead the end-to-end program management of strategic, high-profile corporate programs in a cross-functional, time-sensitive environment. You will manage milestones & timelines, identify dependencies, and deliver progress reports and routinely identify, assess, and develop mitigation plans for events that could impact the success of the program. You will also communicate project progress by a variety of mediums: leading status meetings, email/teams communications, developing project presentations and ensure that information related to progress, and issues/risks are being communicated with the project teams, business owners, and sponsors. You will work closely with cross-functional leaders including; consulting, development, technology, sales, and support to define and deliver critical initiatives to support building the Finnish business unit. Your work will be complex and vary in both strategic focus and tactical execution. This position requires a cross functional individual who won't miss the details but is strategic enough to see across the program and internal Cerner business units. Someone who can thrive in an unstructured, collaborative environment and can distill complex problems into actionable structured work and help to drive projects to completion.

This is initially a 12 month fixed term contract with the potential to go permanent. The role is a virtual role howeverour client is based in Jyvaskala andso the preference is torecruit someone that will be basedwithin a commutable distance to the client.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Healthcare or related field, or equivalent, relevant work experience
- At least 7 year's program development and program management work experience
- Excellent understanding of project management processes, governance and effective ways to utilize appropriately (Six Sigma, Agile knowledge or certification a plus)
- Knowledge of program/project management tools and packages - Microsoft Project preferred
- Must travel up to 50% as needed
- Fluent in English / Finnish Preferred
- Ability to work overtime and irregular hours as needed
