Customer/1 Developer / Analyst

Location: Nationwide

Centric's Energy and Utilities practice is seeking individuals with Customer/1 Experience:

  • Consulting experience specializing in Meter to Bill / Meter to Cash systems and processes
  • Experience with implementing Customer/1 and Customer Information Systems
  • Ability to devise and execute complex integrity checks on converted collection data
  • Capable of performing impact analysis to design new components that handle payment agreement plans

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 plus years of experience working with Customer/1 and IT Utility industry
  • Must be able to travel – minimum 50 percent
  • Experience with designing customer information and billing systems
  • Design and execute test plans that closely model daily business processes
  • Detect, track and contribute to the resolution of systems defects
  • Skills – SDLC, Quality Center, MS Excel, Customer/1
