We are currently seeking a Senior Advisory Analyst in our Technology Practice to work in our vibrant London office. Internally, we encourage candidates from all practices, geographies, and CEB communities, ex. SHL. Externally, we encourage candidates with a passion for client engagement and problem solving; expertise in Information Technology is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides content support to improve client experience by:
  • In partnership with an Executive Advisor, supporting high-value advisory activities with existing and prospective clients
  • Diagnosing client challenges and identifying which CEB resources will aid with solving those challenges
  • Outlining solutions to client challenges in written communication or through virtual interactions
  • Supporting sales and account management teams to inflect revenue outcomes through:
  • Conducting pool analysis to identify cross-sell opportunities and increase contract value performance
  • Packaging insight (deck compilation, summary writing, project scoping) to respond to assigned client requests
  • Capturing best practices from successful revenue partners and developing toolkits to ensure broad adoption of those best practice across the revenue community
  • Building the Technology Practice capability by:
  • Assisting in alignment of program product to membership/market trends
  • Provide guidance on promoting non-standard IT Practice products, ex. Leadership Academies, talent assessments, IT Roadmap Builder
  • Supports build-up of commercial activities/commercial team training efforts

Position level:

In addition to candidates at the Senior Advisory Analyst level, we will consider exceptional candidates for Advisory Analyst level.

Career path:

This position is a natural stepping stone into more senior roles in advisory or syndicated research (Executive Advisor or Research Consultant) but could also lead to other exciting roles in other parts of CEB.
