Under this internship program, we will provide a well structure on job, business skill and knowledge trainings to the right candidate. It is a great opportunity in experience the real-life business environment and support in day-to-day business operation. The main scope of the program:

Job Scope Learning

  • Fully support the Sales team for day-to-day sales operation & activities
  • Provide daily administration and clerical support to Sales team.
  • Maintain client database on system and supporting operation on market researching
  • On Job training

Supervise by the managers & directors on day-to-day operation support and regular job coaching session review by the supervisor

  • Project Management Skills

To develop the skills you need to be able to step forward and assume leadership responsibilities for project as needed. Regardless of your job title, you can make a meaningful contribution by leading others through the stages of planning, executing, and completing a project.

  • Universal Competency Framework Training

The SHL Universal Competency Framework (UCF) is a comprehensive framework that can effectively describe key behaviour in any organisation globally. SHL have profiler cards and OPQ reports that are built upon this framework. This UCF white paper will give you a great introduction.
