CEB Talent Development Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Provide High Quality Meeting Experience:

  • Manage email communication to CEB Leadership Academy participants
  • Assist CEB Leadership Academy participants with completing online registration
  • Prepare and dispatch training materials sessions to sessions across the globe

Inventory and Vendor Management:

  • Manage inventory and budget for Talent Development products
  • Create shipment schedules and execute on shipment requirements; troubleshoot shipment issues
  • Support on vendor contracts and relationships

Internal Stakeholder Management:

  • Liaise with Instructional Design, Sales, Content Publishing, Engagement Teams and other internal departments
  • Manage questions and requests for information across multiple stakeholders
  • Perform special projects and additional assignments as needed

A successful candidate will possess:

  • 6 months to 1 year of office experience preferred; will also consider business-related internships for rising graduates
  • Basic computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office required; knowledge of Salesforce.com a plus
  • Excellent time management and multitasking/prioritization skills
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate within a matrix environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated initiative and resourcefulness
  • Ability to enforce program process requirements in clear and firm manner
  • Comfort with uncertainty and ambiguity
