Operations Coordinator

Thisposition is for a Research Coordinator role within CEB's financial servicespractice. The employee will develop a broad base of marketable skills includingsenior executive communications, time management, analytics, CRM, and knowledgeof the financial services industry. This team member is expected to beproactive, independent, and work well in teams. It is anticipated thatthe position will include responsibilities across multiple ongoing projects aswell as ad-hoc analysis to support product and business development. TheCoordinator position serves as an entry point in the research career track.

KeyResponsibilities

  • Provideadministrative assistance and support to research team as needed
  • Coordinatewith internal and external stakeholders to schedule research interviews
  • Serveas primary day-to-day contact for member and prospective companies for researchprojects
  • Ensurethat CRM database (Salesforce.com) contains accurate account details, contactinformation, and notes regarding research interview requests
  • Provideresearch support on a variety of projects
  • Maintainproject dashboards to provide clear and accurate visibility into projectownership, progress and next steps
  • Assistin the editing of reports to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Workwith management to maintain research work plans, coordinate team checkpointmeetings, and provide appropriate reminders and follow-ups
  • Developand maintain event production plan and manage internal and external partners tomeet deadlines for sponsored webinars
  • Updatewebsite to accommodate upcoming or newly released items
  • Assistwith program(s) web-site clean-up and maintenance (topic center refresh, searchoptimization, etc.)
  • Createhigh-quality executive summaries and merchandisers for use as marketingcollateral

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective time management skills andability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent organization, multitasking,and prioritization skills
  • Excellent written and oralcommunication skills; equally comfortable working via email and phone
  • Ability to work across teams and buildrelationships with staff at all levels
  • Advanced computer and Internet searchskills (knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Excel, andPowerPoint)
  • Superior problem solving ability;ability to learn substance of research quickly
  • Exceptional ability to establishcredibility with senior-level executives
