oQuarterly Reporting to Operation Managers and Commercial Directors and Dept. Heads for:
- Individual Contributor Performance Tracking and Analysis
- Incentive Calculation Review and Distribution
oCollaborate with Financial Controllers on accruals, payments and actual vs budget variances
- Data Mining and Management
oBonus and Commissions analysis, support and calculations with 100% accuracy
oAbility to deliver attention to detail without getting lost in it (retaining understanding of the bigger picture)
oAbility to manage large data sets

oQualified or Finalist in a recognised accountancy profession (CIMA or ACCA)
