Incentives Analyst

We are currently looking for Incentive Analyst to drive efficiency in an energetic, evolving team. This opportunity takes ownership of territorial reporting and data management processes and a high-level vision of the organisation's strategy and progress against goals. The position will require you to interact, provide analysis and support to various business functions on a global scale.

Requirements for the role:

  • MS Office

oStrong Microsoft Office skills:

  • Advance Excel skills, ability to interpret existing complex formulae and create own to greater benefit the team and reporting efficiency
  • Excel Graphical Data Representation along with PowerPoint Presentation
  • Macros desirable but not necessary
  • Reporting

oQuarterly Reporting to Operation Managers and Commercial Directors and Dept. Heads for:

  • Individual Contributor Performance Tracking and Analysis
  • Incentive Calculation Review and Distribution

oCollaborate with Financial Controllers on accruals, payments and actual vs budget variances

  • Data Mining and Management

oBonus and Commissions analysis, support and calculations with 100% accuracy

oAbility to deliver attention to detail without getting lost in it (retaining understanding of the bigger picture)

oAbility to manage large data sets

  • Relationship Building

oExcellent communication skills are paramount with an approachable attitude

oClear, Concise delivery to audiences

oDemonstrable customer service orientation and ability to work collaboratively with diverse finance and non-finance groups

oIncentive plan experts for the business around the globe

  • Constant Review and Challenge

oIdentify processes that are either redundant or open to improvement

oProvide ideas, solutions and "new ways of thinking"

oHave the full understanding of situations and project Confidence when putting forward your side across

oTake ownership of change and drive the team to do even better!

  • Analysis

oProven experience in analytics, data interpretation with a naturally curious mind-set to challenge processes where necessary and put forward ideas to implement change based on analysis

oRole is intended to develop greater analytical responsibilities as related experience is gained

  • Qualifications

oQualified or Finalist in a recognised accountancy profession (CIMA or ACCA)

oDegree education or equivalent

oProven track record in accounting or finance based role
