Executive Assistant

We arecurrently seeking an Executive Assistant to join CEB’s rapidlygrowing Talent Development group. The team was founded to driveimproved business performance for clients through the development of newindividual and organizational capabilities. It offers training, consulting and SaaS tools to build Challengercommercial capabilities, effortless service experiences, enterprise leadershipbehaviors, and stronger business partnering performance for professionals inHR, Finance, and IT. The Talent Developmentgroup also offers a market-leading platform for measuring the effectiveness andimpact of investments in corporate learning.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Schedule and supportinternal and external meetings for key leaders (coordinate calendars, maintainand update daily scheduling, organize travel and meeting logistics, preparematerials, coordinate follow-up) and additional key staff members as needed
  • Manage communications withmember executives globally
  • Administer and analyzecustomer loyalty surveys and report results to leadership teams and projectgroups
  • Coordinatedepartment-wide meetings and events
  • Serve as a liaison for thedepartment and the rest of the firm
  • Serve as operational programcontact and offer support for various program functions
  • Prepare expense reports andother administrative forms, and complete other administrative duties as needed
  • Prepare employeecommunications on promotions, organizational issues, business updates
  • Manage all tasks related todepartment seating and office space assignments, including close collaborationwith CEB’s Support Services team
  • Assist teamleaders/managers by taking on special projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’sdegree required
  • Strongcommunication skills, both verbal and written
  • Superiororganization and prioritization skills
  • Strongwork ethic and willingness to take ownership for wide-ranging responsibilities
  • Abilityto perform under deadline pressure
  • Persistence,resourcefulness, drive and ability to work proactively
  • Excellentinterpersonal skills and ability to build credibility with both internal andexternal clients
  • Adaptabilityto different working styles
  • Positive,upbeat attitude and desire to contribute meaningfully to the team
  • Abilityor interest to learn to do analytical project work
  • Proficientin Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
