Engagement Coordinator- Leadership Academies

Key Responsibilities:

Client and Project Management:

  • Supporting Client Engagement Team in note taking, tracking of engagements, and follow-up activities required to guide executive members through the 6-12 month training engagement
  • Assist in the creation of collateral, such as, PowerPoint presentations, internal and external communication, excel and document creation or maintenance
  • Assist in the overall logistics, tracking, and continued internal development and process improvement of the Client Engagement team
  • Co-manage Client Engagement Team support inbox with the Client Engagement Representatives and provide assistance for specific engagement support requests

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a professional environment
  • Undergraduate degree required
  • Strong interest in learning design and executive education
  • Demonstrated excellent time management/prioritization skills
  • Strong conceptual thinking skills with great attention to detail
  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Strong service ethic when interacting with internal and ability to work well within a team
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and commitment to continuous process improvement and innovation
  • Comfort with ambiguity and change; ability to make quick adjustments to meet team or client needs
  • Demonstrated maturity and poise under pressure
  • Willingness to take on additional responsibility as needed to ensure achievement of group goals and service to our clients
