Role Details:

The primary function of this role is to motivate, assist and communicate tasks to the telemarketing team, as well as ensuring the quality of leads generated. The primary KPIs are availability to the telemarketing team as well as running accurate quality control over generated leads. Success is measured by how effectively issues can be resolved for agents on differing campaigns, and the final quality over all deliverable leads.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Manage all aspects of campaign set-up and ongoing campaign execution, occasionally extending to script writing
  • Brief and train Telemarketing teams to execute against elements of the campaign plan
  • Ensure accuracy and quality leads across all campaigns
  • Track and analyse campaign performance and offer solutions for improvement for best practise results
  • To ensure full briefing, re-briefing and 1-2-1 sessions and follow best practise procedure with Telemarketers

Key Projects:

This candidate will work on projects across the entire CBSi Business to Business Media Group portfolio. These projects include some of the world's biggest web sites: ZDNet, TechRepublic, CBS News and!


You Have:

  • 1-2 years of proven Telemarketing experience
  • BS/BA degree, or equivalent training and experience.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Must be extremely detail oriented.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

You Might Also Have:

  • Cheerful professional who thrives in a team, goal oriented environment.
  • Knowledge and experience with DFP and Salesforce will be a bonus.
