Read product requirements and work with marketing and product teams to develop product and customer documentation including Customer Care training guides, help web pages, and frequently asked questions.
Develop pre-written response for all types of incoming Customer Care contacts.
Develop product documentation and user guides that can demonstrate to users how to use our products and features in a step-by-step manner.
Remain knowledgeable about industry trends and documentation standards within the industry.
5+ years experience in a previous technical copywriting role creating compelling direct response sales copy with strong calls to action targeted to customer acquisition, retention, and engagement – and proven results.
Experience writing copy for digital products and cross-channel digital marketing campaigns
Attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work and be flexible in fast paced environment
Must successfully pass a background check
