Drive and execute large-scale paid search (PPC) campaigns in AdWords, MSN, and Gemini for a diverse range of initiatives
Drive new ideas and processes to improve performance of SEM campaigns including account structure, bid strategy, ad copy, and keyword expansion
Perform as an active thought-leader on the SEM landscape; be an internal expert on current literature, search engine trends, algorithms, best practices, etc
Design and implement tests for new marketing channels including Paid Social, Display, Content Recommendation units, etc
Design, implement, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests
Demonstrate strong analytical skills in measuring and reporting on marketing programs and KPIs
Evaluate, recommend and manage ongoing relationships with media partners and vendors
Develop pro-active ideas and solutions to meet business objectives
Monitor activities of competitors and provide industry trends and learnings
At least 5+ years of online media/marketing experience with direct experience in running paid acquisition campaigns such as: direct online display, RTB display, mobile marketing, affiliate marketing, paid social, or search
Expert in pay-per-click (PPC) search engine advertising across Google, Yahoo, and MSN, preferably with large keyword sets (>1 million)
Strong understanding of marketing key performance indicators (KPIs) and how it pertains to the success of marketing activities.
Excels in a dynamic, data-driven, metrics-oriented environment
Quick to learn new topics and demonstrates ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Self-motivated and able to work independently with regular check-ins and supervision from department leaders
Exceptional communicator (written and oral) with the ability to build positive relationships
High energy, low ego. Works with colleagues and peers in a professional and collaborative style
Agency account or client experience a plus
Experience using any of the following marketing tech platforms such as: Omniture, Google Analytics, Kenshoo, DFA, Conversant, HasOffers/Tune, Kochava, Nanigans, Marin, or Power Editor
Google AdWords/Bing Ads certification preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred
Must successfully pass a background check
