The Salesforce Service Cloud Developer will implement features and customizations to Salesforce Service Cloud based on requirements gathered from the Customer Care team and other CBS Interactive business stakeholders.
Serves as the Super User and Administrator for the Salesforce Service Cloud instance for CBSi’s Customer Care team
Serves as the primary engineer for implementing integrations from internal and external systems to the Salesforce Service Cloud instance
Builds reports to meet more complex business needs
Serves as a “bridge” and enabler in bringing together the technical and business needs for customer care tools and capabilities
Captures information provided in requirements gathering sessions and prepares appropriate documentation for care processes and systems/product needs
Identiﬁy and document acceptance criteria that creates conﬁdence in customers, end users, and stakeholders that requirements have been heard
Understands how changes to speciﬁc technology platforms will affect other systems and anticipates, quantiﬁes and resolves potential issues
Helps others resolve complex and competing requirement issues in multiple cross-‐functional areas
4+ years Software development, java preferred
2+ years Salesforce development with a Salesforce.com Certfied Developer status
Expertise in Force.com technology stack: APEX, Visual Force, SOQL, SOSL.
Experience in building Visual Force Pages, Visual Force Custom Controllers/ Components, Reports, Dashboards, Tabs.
Effectively communicates technical and non-technical concepts across all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to solve problems quickly and completely
Thinks and operates at a strategic level and champions the business objectives
Must successfully pass a background check
Strong knowledge of testing frameworks/methodologies (UAT, Testing Management)
Scrum/Agile Product Development experience
Demonstrable ability to write requirements documentation
Experience in working with Customer Service / Operations department in requirements gathering
