The Integrated Marketing Manager identifies opportunities around CBS entertainment and video programming and coordinates the evaluation, packaging, development and implementation of revenue-generating solutions. This role is an internal and external-client facing role that is focused on solving problems and driving solutions. Master multi-tasking and project management skills are a must.

Key Responsibilities:

Derive relevant insights by gathering market, product and client feedback — leveraging company and third-party resources as appropriate. Know what clients want. Know what works on our sites and platforms.

Anticipate the needs of product and sales teams, as well as clients’ needs in order to facilitate fast and effective stream of communication. Identify and recognize problems and issues that may arise and recommend solutions.

Partner with Sales, Content, Editorial and Product teams to build advertising products and marketing solutions on the foundation of market, product and client insights.

Balance needs of advertisers with needs of users to deliver programs that work for the business overall. This includes revenue strategy, inventory optimization, pricing, packaging and user experience.

Build strong working relationships with internal and external partners, other departments and business units within CBS Interactive.

Collaborate with product, content strategy and sales teams to respond to RFPs, client meetings and pitches.

Develop sales marketing tools and presentations including sales collateral (1-sheets, mocks), media plans and ad research.

Possess the desire to thrive in a rapidly changing environment that evolves with marketplace needs and conditions.


4-6 years of marketing or integrated/product marketing. Advertising agency, brand or online publishing experience a plus.

Project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Laser focus and attention to detail are a must.

Excellent communication skills – verbal and written. Communicates effectively, understanding the nuances of his/her audience.

Customer-focused, flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Understanding of the basic principles of Marketing (including Research, Public Relations, Branding, Pricing and Product Development) as well as sales and selling cycles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with emphasis on PPT and Excel. Design/Photoshop skills a plus!

Must successfully pass a background check.


A passion or interest in entertainment and/or television content a plus.

Experience with online advertising highly preferred.
