About the Role:
This position is responsible for analyzing information to prepare various reports related to the marketing and sale process of investment properties. Knowledgeable on fundamental concepts, practices and procedures associated with commercial real estate finance, including commercial appraising, market analysis and investment analysis.
What You'll Do:
- Generate, review and understand reports related to the marketing and sale process of investment properties; uses aggregate data from multiple sources to assist in creating a complete and complex analysis, improvement and/or recommendation. Types of analyses includes: general real estate industry, market/submarket trends, property cash flows (rent rolls/income statements/financial models), lease abstracting, government data (census, BLS) management reporting and strategic planning.
- Prepare a variety of analyses, presentations and proposals for new business development, including preparation of financial models, graphics, illustrations and written content. Provide recommendations for management/Producer review.
- Create and produce electronic and/or direct marketing campaigns for sale of properties to include customized property information materials, comparable market analysis, market and industry research and targeted mailing lists. Review internal and external collateral materials, proofread content, ensure appropriate branding, and approve materials for final distribution.
- Create and manage: marketing, strategic planning and management reporting, consolidated financial reporting, presentations and proposals from inception to completion; prepares presentations and proposals for new business development; provides recommendations with a focus that materials meet branding and messaging standards.
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of strategic platform strategies; performs research and analysis to support those strategies.

- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years years of related work experience is required. Real estate, investments, banking or sales support highly desired.
- 2+ years experience in ARGUS required.
- Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
- Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr Investment Sales Analyst position is $80,000 per year and the maximum salary for the Sr Investment Sales Analyst position is $90,0000 per year. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
