Entry Level Recruiter (high volume)

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Recruiter will collaborate with Hiring Managers to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of FacilitySource and to deliver best talent in the organization. The position will nurture relationships with prospective talent and manage on-going manager relationships. This role includes strategy, planning, and project based work.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and implement strategic initiatives and projects for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site organization.

Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within a variety of business units.

Manage the internal job posting and employee application process.

Create and implement employment marketing strategies to attract passive job seekers.

Point of contact for Support Center Recruiting and Hiring for both Columbus and Phoenix.

Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood.

Develop strong relationships and partner with hiring manager and business leaders.

Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity.

Assists in recruiting for Senior Manager, Director, and Executive level roles.

Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process.

Actively participate in all staffing related activities and engage in cross functional projects.

Provide career advancement coaching to employees, including interviewing preparedness and resume critiquing.

Assist employees in getting information about career opportunities within the organization.

Ensure employees who seek feedback about interview performance are provided a response.

Assist managers and employees in using Talent Solutions interview screening tools.

Instruct recruiting and interviewing best practices classes for managers and employees.

Other HR related duties as assigned by the Human Resources Staff.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Excellent inter-personal skills, communication skills and team based project experience.

Must have experience on mapping and sourcing resumes from all sources.

Proficient computer skills including the Microsoft Office and in depth knowledge of data mining and internet research.

Strong sense of urgency.

Strong negotiation skills.

Experience in general HR functions is preferred.

Relationship Management

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

4 plus years of Staffing/Recruitment experience, strong understanding and ability to recruit in all levels of the organization from entry level to senior staff.

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources

Experience recruiting in all departments of an organization

Clear understanding of the end to end recruitment lifecycle processes.

Experience working in a Call Center Environment
