The Senior Product Manager will have the chance to innovate and assist with the delivery of products in the Agile Management space.The successful candidate will work in a globalized, highly collaborative environment and will be given the freedom to innovate new product ideas, with ownership of the business case, requirements planning, and technology roadmap for their product area.
In this role, you’ll help support CA Technologies charter to transform the IT industry by:
- Identifying significant market opportunities for our Agile Management products
- Developing a strong Agile Management Product Strategy
- Working with Sales, Marketing, Engineering and other departments to drive success
- Help manage the P&L of the product line
- Coaching and mentoring Product Owners and other team members
How You’ll Stand Out
The perfect candidate for this role will have a demonstrated record of success in positions of increasing responsibility over the course of their career. He/she will have an outstanding track record and reputation for advising senior leaders on strategic initiatives within the IT industry. An ideal background will include:
- Experience in the Enterprise Software space a plus
- Existing relationships with key clients and industry partners
- A strong technical background in Product Management
- Previous responsibility for a large software product
- Strong business exposure including pricing models, sales force structures and marketing processes
- Outstanding verbal, written, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- A Strong sense of teamwork and collaboration
