As an experienced Sr. HR Operations Analyst you will be responsible for managing the relationship with HR providers including their performance management, contract adherence and SLA tracking. This position will also be responsible for the resolution of inquiries, issues and/or cases as they relate to our relationships with HR service providers.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll help support CA Technologies charter to transform the IT industry by:

  • Working closely with providers to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services
  • Working closely with the HR community to identify opportunities to transition work from the HR community to our providers
  • Working to resolve escalated and complex issues
  • Working with providers to identify training needs and gaps in service as they relate to specified process areas
  • Reviewing and monitoring all SLA’s, billing and vendor manager reports for accuracy
  • Ensuring timeliness, completeness and quality of all necessary deliverables
  • Providing business process analysis and process design, as appropriate
  • Continually seeking to ensure partnership with providers in evaluation and improvement of work processes
  • Ensuring quality within specified process areas
  • Acting as a member of the larger global team to liaise between Partner and HR within specified process areas
  • Managing routine and complex projects which may include Exit Management, HR Action Planning and Execution, Reporting and Analytics, Acquisitions
  • Designing & maintaining SharePoint pages that are up to date and easy to navigate for Employees, Managers and HR
  • Tracking, maintaining and publishing HR Documents

The perfect candidate for this role will have a demonstrated record of success in positions of increasing responsibility over the course of their career. She/he will have an outstanding track record and reputation for being proactive, assertive and detail oriented. An ideal background will include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent in a related field.
  • Typically 5 years HR experience; experience with vendor management, customer service and issue resolution.
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with a solid working knowledge of common computer applications (e.g., MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, VISIO)
  • Strong communication skills both oral and written, able to communicate effectively with both internal and external contacts
  • Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent in a related field.
