CA Technologies is looking for a Sr. Front-End Developer who enjoys solving problems and developing future-oriented software experiences.

Based in our new Design Center in Santa Clara, you will be responsible for developing the UI components that will be used throughout our Product Portfolio.

In addition, you will participate in Design Sprints and develop future experiences, coming up with new, technology-driven ways for people to interact with CA Products.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop a common Enterprise Design Library
  • Craft and code elegant, fluid interfaces
  • Collaborate with designers, researchers, product managers, content specialists, and developers to solve complex challenges
  • Champion great product experiences by being an advocate of the user

How You’ll Stand Out

The perfect applicants for this role are passionate about coding and UI development. Ideally, you:

  • Are insatiably curious; you love to experiment in code and try new things
  • Take pride in the details and quality of what you deliver
  • Understand what a good product is and how they get built

Key skills

  • 5+ years of experience
  • Strong UI skills including; HTML5, React and/or Angular, Javascript, CSS, etc.
  • Strong communication + presentation skills; can clearly articulate ideas and decisions to multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent collaboration ability, able to work across different disciplines
