Solution Account Director – ARGENTINA

This position is responsible for positively impacting the relative attributes of a specialized account including customer satisfaction, NCV growth, share of wallet, the successful introduction of a specific new solution, and driving business value ROI for our customers. This will be accomplished by gaining a thorough understanding of the clients’ business and the industry in which they compete, the corresponding IT initiatives, identifying needs which CA can help resolve, developing compelling business value proposals for our solutions and ultimately closing business.
This position is responsible for selling CA Dev Ops (Application Delivery) solutions into the Named Enterprise accounts.

How You’ll Stand Out:
The perfect candidate for this role will have a demonstrated record of success in positions of increasing responsibility over the course of their career. She/he will have an outstanding track record and reputation for successfully positioning Enterprise Software solutions (any flavor) to large organizations. Above all, they will be driven and motivated to drive sales and contribute towards CA’s continued success. An ideal background will include:
- 7+ more years experience with a proven track.
- Recent experience selling solutions or methodologies. (Understand Sales Cycle)
- Development knowledge.
- ALM knowledge (Application Life Management)
- DEVOPS (Continues Delivery)
- Demonstrated ability to assess customer requirements, identify business problems, and demonstrate proposed solution
- Territory Management
- Industry Knowledge
- Typically may have a Bachelor Degree or global equivalent experience in an IT, business or sales related field
- Travel availability.
- Desire Experience as a Pre-sales.
- Solid experience with Chile Market
- English fluent. (Spanish Native)
