Do you want to help eliminate barriers between ideas and business outcomes? We want you to bring your unique experiences and creative ideas to the table. It’s our aim to encourage global collaboration and results-oriented innovation, while supporting and developing our talented people and our communities. CA Technologies will empower you to drive authentic success, for both the business and yourself in the application economy.
Come innovate with us at CA Technologies in Vancouver!
You are a pro in developing modern software systems from end to end, and have a passion for ensuring quality throughout all stages of the software development lifecycle and creating the tools required to ensure quality within the process.
The successful candidate has at least 5 years of software development experience in a formal team environment, with 2 years of experience focused on QA automation systems and tools. You may even have performed a mix of manual and automation-based product testing yourself, but certainly you have provided the tools, environments and processes for professional QA/Tester to perform the tests. You also have been involved in the organizational QA process at a senior level, and may have led small teams of developers and QA to support product releases. You are comfortable independently creating documentation for internal and external audiences, completing third party software installation/configuration and server setup/configuration as required, and mentoring junior developers and QA Analysts.
You thrive in an agile environment, helping defining the best release and testing processes, building reliable and easy-to-use developer and QA tools, and enjoy owning tasks from “cradle to grave”.
