This position is responsible for supporting service through the management and execution of activities related to: planning process, reporting and analytics, best practice development and standardization. The work involves developing processes and procedures, gathering and analyzing reports to meet corporate business requirements and developing tools and systems to support business processes.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Work in conjunction with internal service clients to support the business needs while driving standardization to global business operations’ practices
- Partner collaboratively across sales operations, global information systems and marketing automation on reporting and budgeting
- Own analysis work with a structured approach to use the appropriate resources to meet delivery timelines
- Effective presentation of results, reports, findings and recommendations to service and operations management
- Identify, document and implement new business process improvements
- Make recommendations regarding changes to operation policies and procedures
Ideal candidates have B2B service experience with automated lead management systems and processes and possess superior ability to work cross functionally. Critical skills include analytical thinking, process discipline, change management, project management and communication.
Business Travel: approx. 10 or less percent annually
Minimum Requirements/ Skills:
Typically 3 or more years of experience in finance, operations or marketing roles, preferably in the Information Technology sector. Strong analytic skills. Knowledge of Salesforece.com and Marketo preferred. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Economics, and/or Finance, Computer Sciences or business related field.
