We are looking for a leader who is passionate about Customer Experience and is driven to change the way IT services are delivered and supported.

As a Director, End-User Services you'll lead our East Coast Field Services team, directly supporting our corporate Headquarters and other key office locations.Your passion for efficient service design, eye for consistency, knack for reducing the complex, and intolerance for systems that inconvenience the human on behalf of the machine position you well for this challenge.

About the Role:

In this role, you'll help support CA Technologies charter to transform the IT industry by:

  • Serving as a "go to" resource for CX best practices and standards.
  • Deploying data-driven analytical solutions that shift focus from infrastructure issues to the more compelling customer experience problems
  • Initiating, suggesting, and spearheading major User Interface (UI) changes
  • Working closely with the team Operations Manager and Incident Manager to assist with root cause analysis
  • Designing, developing and implementing customer‐focused solutions to meet strategic objectives and reduce costs.
  • Providing future-thinking, consumer-focused experience perspectives for all infrastructure solutions.

How You'll Stand Out:

The perfect candidate for this role will have a demonstrated record of success in positions of increasing responsibility over the course of their career. An ideal background will include:

  • Experience in developing tactical and strategic initiatives to improve overall customer experience
  • Familiarity with desktop (Windows, Mac etc.), mobile (iOS, Android), virtual computing and security technologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Strong writing skills with the ability to write clearly and quickly, explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience. Public speaking experience is a plus
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills and the ability to translate those skills into a proven track record in delivering successful user delighting solutions
  • BA/BS required
  • 5+ years of experience
