Digital Sales Account Owner

About the Role:
This position is responsible for positively impacting the relative attributes to the account including customer satisfaction, NCV growth, share of wallet and the successful introduction of new solutions. Ultimately, this position owns the respective quota for his/her territory, product and/or account segment covered. This will be accomplished by gaining an understanding of the clients' business and the industry in which they compete, the corresponding IT initiatives, identifying needs which CA can help resolve, developing compelling business value proposals for our solutions and ultimately closing business over the phone. This position is further responsible for developing and maintaining trusted relationships with senior level decision makers and other key buyers. (Inside Sales)

The perfect candidate for this role will have a demonstrated record of success in positions of increasing responsibility over the course of their career. She/he will have an outstanding track record and reputation for being result oriented, attention to detail and passion for Sales.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Experience as a business development/sales development/lead qualification representative or inside sales in the high-tech industry.
- Prior experience selling software is desirable.
- Extremely detail-oriented with strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to simultaneously manage a large number of leads, contacts, and prospects in a CRM system.
- Exceptional verbal communication and objection handling skills required.
- Experience with Challenger sales methodology is desired.
- Flexible, reliable, results-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Experience with Salesforce.com is desired.
- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships over the phone.
