Position Description

Under direct supervision, responsible for processing work requests or account updates within established procedures for vehicles financed through CarMax Auto Finance.


  • Processing, opening, sorting, and delivering incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Preparing letter and document requests for mailing(eTRACS letters, Report Manager letters).
  • Receiving supply or work order requests and entering orders into company database.
  • Data entry, completing work requests to support collections strategies or customer service requests (utilizing eTRACS, CAMS and Signature).
  • Reporting copy and mail machine service needs to vendors via telephone calls or emails.
  • Scanning customer documents into company database(letters and account related documents into Deals Database).
  • Retrieve scanned documents from company database as requested.
  • Distribution of CAF interdepartmental mail and/or reports.
  • Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Special projects and/or duties as assigned.

  • High School diploma/GED.
  • Six months related experience/training.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel functions.
