Senior Sales Operations Specialist

The CarGurus Sales Operations team is looking for a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to evaluate CarGurus’ current sales process, data collection & governance practices, and general landscape of sales enablement and business intelligence tools.  Based on this evaluation, the ideal candidate will make recommendations on new tools and processes to drive sales efficiency & velocity and clean data for business insights to help scale the business to the next level of growth. The candidate must be a self-starter, and should be able to manage numerous tasks and projects concurrently.

Responsibilities:

  • Expand upon documentation of current sales process and identify areas where automation is required to drive scale or velocity
  • Determine and recommend new productivity and business management tools taking into account implementation time and cost, return on investment, SFDC integration, ease of use, and rollout process including end user training
  • Size current data integrity issues and map out plan to fix historical data and implement controls to prevent repeat issues in the future
  • Collaborate with BI Manager and Sales Leadership to bolster weekly management reporting, Board packages, and other business reporting as needed
  • Institutionalize SFDC data governance and drive adoption
  • Enable real-time reporting of pipeline, bookings, and sales performance through data management and reporting automation
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales Operations
  • Demonstrated SFDC proficiency (certified a plus)
  • Experience with sales automation, enablement, reporting, and business intelligence tools
  • Project management experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Relentless focus on problem solving and process improvement
