Front Desk Administrator

The Front Desk Administrator will work with the CarGurus team to execute and manage the coverage of the reception area.  Be the first point of contact for all CarGurus visitors. Reporting into the People & Talent department.

In this role you need to

  • Covering the front desk and answer telephone, screen and direct calls
  • Greet persons entering organization
  • Direct persons to correct destination
  • General administrative and clerical support
  • Organization of the kitchen
  • Coordinate office moves
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries
  • Tidy and maintain the lobby and common areas
  • Manage relationships with vendors and building managing
  • Other special requests or projects as needed

In this role you should have

  • Must have communication and interpersonal skills required to be an essential like between CarGurus and visitors
  • Excellent written, verbal and listening skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm and professional demeanor
  • Work as a team player
  • Proficient in MS office, Outlook and other computer skills
  • Demonstrate trust and reliability
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work with a wide range of people
  • College education
