About the role

Title: Senior Financial Analyst

Reports to: Director of FP&A

Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)

The Senior Financial Analyst will partner with business owners and be responsible for reporting, forecasting, and analyzing all aspects of their respective organizations, providing variance analysis, planning headcount, and performing ad-hoc modeling. You will be responsible for producing consolidated P&Ls, recommending high ROI activities, process improvements, generating budget vs actual analysis, and completing other ad hoc projects.

This position plays a central role in driving financial results within a high growth organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented & numbers driven, a strong business partner and communicator who is inquisitive, focused, and can balance quality and accuracy while moving quickly in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. You're an organized, efficient self-starter who can execute on minimal supervision, with proven time management and multi-tasking capabilities.

You will:

Provide direct support for various business verticals by owning all FP&A business cycles: Completing monthly close, updating quarterly forecasts, managing annual budgets, and assisting in production of monthly Executive reporting package.
Drive monthly actual versus budget reporting & variance analysis: identify drivers and generate executive level commentary.
Track headcount management; be the source for department expense tracking & reporting.
Manage yearly Capital Expense budget for both software development and physical long-term assets.
Drive process improvements and participate in reporting enhancements with a mindset of continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Accounting on month-end close to ensure accuracy and completeness of expenses, accruals, and explanations of variances to plan.
Manage daily financial inquiries, ad hoc reports, and collaborate with other teams on projects and modeling.
Produce business cases for the organization that help foster value-based decision making.

You have:

An undergraduate bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a quantitative discipline.
A broad finance or accounting role with an understanding of GAAP financials (5+ years of progressive growth).
Exhibited ability to work cross-functionally and build positive relationships with senior business leaders.
In-depth exposure to building and maintaining 3-statement financial and valuation models.
Experience with M&A, integration, and/or SaaS forecasting in a nimble, high growth environment.

Highly detail-oriented, maintaining a high level of integrity, accuracy, and precision in your work.
Analytical, inquisitive, and tenacious when untangling problems and finding answers.
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
An expert in Microsoft Excel.
