NetSuite Administrator/Analyst

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Translate sales leaders’ business needs into technical specifications
  • Identify systematic solutions to data and reporting challenges
  • Ensure the success of the Real Estate Sales, Sales Development and Advertising Sales departments in the implementation of new CRM and lead generation tools
  • Lead and oversee the implementation of NetSuite as Captivate’s main CRM
  • Explain optimal use of the system as well as providing training and customized reporting
  • Configure sales dashboards, and optimize other front-end tools and customer-facing documents including estimates and invoices
  • Analyze the sales process and provide insight into potential improvements
  • Monitor the system end-to-end to ensure that we get the maximum use out of our software investment.


  • Bachelor’s degree required, ideally with engineering, information technology, computer science, mathematics, etc. concentration
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of business experience with a focus on implementing direct sales and information technology
  • Highly desired is at least one year’s technical experience with NetSuite products
  • Technical experience with systems administration, database analysis, or web / other programming
  • SQL experience required
