Marketing Automation Manager

We are looking for a smart, strategic, passionate, and experienced person to manage our marketing automation platform and report on our marketing success. In this role, you’ll work to implement new initiatives, define operational processes and best practices to maximize our campaigns and ROI, evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies for streamlining our lead intake and funnel process, report on programs and pipeline, and implement nurture campaigns which will push our prospects through the funnel. The ideal candidate will streamline both our Pardot and Netsuite instances from administration to campaign implementation, recommend changes when needed, and report on success.

What You'll Do:

  • Administration and management of our Pardot implementation, including streamlining existing flows and building out campaigns, streams, landing page forms, etc
  • Administration and management of integrations, routing, fields, apps, and functionalities within Netsuite
  • Optimization of lead scoring and distribution methodology to ensure quality leads are routed through Pardot/Netsuite and notifications are sent to the sales team, increasing efficiencies and conversion rates
  • Actively drive, organize, and participate in key enhancements in Pardot
  • Troubleshoot and QA campaigns, workflows, data issues, and other key marketing ops functions and ensure accurate synchronization between the Pardot and databases
  • Bring to the table a thorough knowledge of best practices and processes for marketing automation and ensure these are in place to maintain the integrity of the Pardot data and garner the best results from campaigns
  • Segment and leverage the marketing database for greater campaign efficiency and effectiveness
  • Iteration and optimization of ongoing nurture and individual campaigns to drive the best possible results
  • Implementation of new nurture programs for local and regional marketing campaigns which target all stages of prospect development and various use cases and verticals
  • Ensure required data is captured at all customer touchpoints and accurate synchronization between Pardot and Netsuite dashboards
  • Troubleshoot and QA campaigns, workflows, data issues, and other key marketing ops functions
  • Leverage Netsuite and Pardot and other tools to create dashboards and reports to track the ROI of marketing activities and ensure effectiveness and continued investment
  • Analyze these reports and data and provide recommendations for marketing effectiveness
What You Bring:
  • A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a Marketing Automation/Marketing Ops role or similar position
  • Expert, certified user of Pardot
  • Marketing ops experience using Netsuite or similar CRM
  • Strong background in data analysis
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data sets to concrete business recommendations for marketing and sales leadership with the goal to optimize revenue-generating investments
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal and written
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Experience creating and maintaining custom reports and dashboards
  • Distinctive problem-solving, strategic and analytical capabilities with a strong track record of setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics
  • Innovative, motivated, organized, high energy team player
  • Process and quality-oriented with sharp attention to detail
  • BA / BS required
