What you'll be doing:

As a Treasury Management Specialist, you will be on the frontline of delivering on our commitment to a beautiful client experience. You'll support our commercial clients both proactively and reactively, during their onboarding and afterwards. You'll be empowered to take ownership of the full client experience to include onboarding new services, daily servicing and in some cases offboarding. You'll become an expert (through training we will provide) on our Treasury Management products and services, supporting clients in their use to ensure they receive the best experience possible. Collaborating with multiple teams, you'll analyze and resolve client issues, and serve as our customers' advocate among internal stakeholders, providing thoughtful feedback on where customers are achieving their goals as well as where their needs are not being met. Our customers count on us to deliver for them, and so your ability to problem solve and provide effective solutions will be crucial.

This role requires exceptional communications skills (verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal), a positive mindset and, above all, a "client first" work ethic. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated ability to learn new processes, and to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Self-motivation
  • The skills necessary to break down problems, investigate root causes and identify timely resolutions
  • Customer-facing experience (service, program management, consulting or sales) that includes issue resolution and escalation management
  • General knowledge of Treasury Management products and an understanding of the sales process
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive and contribute as a member of a high-performing team
  • History of supporting and leveraging resources across the value stream
  • Experience working in an openly collaborative highly matrixed environment that includes peers in Sales, Service, Back-office Operations, Risk, Product and Technology

Basic Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or Military Experience is required
  • At least 3 years in a customer-facing role required

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Prior experience onboarding new clients
  • Proficient with Salesforce
  • Experience with process and/or project management
