Sr. Process Associate, Bank Operations

The Capital One ATM Kiosk Channel is looking for a Sr. Process Manager who is highly motivated and passionate about improving processes and performance.

The candidate will own the performance of the ATM monitoring software system. They will partner with Capital One IT, 3rd party suppliers, and internal stakeholders to deliver continuous improvement efforts within the current ATM monitoring system, and to improve the quality of the ATM performance and customer experience of Capital One's ATM fleet.

This is a fast paced operational environment, so the ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple priorities, is extremely detail oriented and analytical, and is comfortable communicating with a broad audience including senior stakeholders as well as 3rd party suppliers.


  • Work with team to realize the monitoring strategy and opportunity roadmap to optimize the existing hardware performance while we deploy new ATM capabilities
  • Maintain relationships with key partners and suppliers to ensure teams are in sync with future direction
  • Identify improvement opportunities to increase capture rate of ATM outages and improve operational quality
  • Responsible for on-going governance and management of monitoring standards and tool
  • Support future channel volume growth as needed
  • Develop monitoring metrics and dashboards to measure monitoring performance and capture new opportunities
  • Responsible for on-going research into hardware outages and ensuring appropriate actions are taken to deliver fleet performance improvements
  • Manage the deliver and implementation of the new monitoring initiatives through execution, ensuring alignment with all stakeholders
  • Identify and implement Value Stream based process improvements to improve customer experience and increase Bank efficiency
  • Support ATM Kiosk Management in achieving a well managed status for ATM

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree or Military Experience
  • At least 2 years of Process or Product Improvement experience

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in any quantitative field such as Engineering, Math, Sciences, Finance or Business
  • Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certification
