Sr. Process Associate - ATM Kiosk Channel

The Capital One ATM Kiosk Channel is looking for a well qualified ATM industry practitioner to lead improvement efforts for the ATM monitoring and dispatching capability. The primary goal of this role is to execute and improve the ATM monitoring strategy for Capital One's ATM fleet. Capital One currently has ~ 1900 ATMs throughout its national banking footprint. The fleet offers both cash withdraw and enhanced image deposit functionality with additional capabilities coming in the near future.

This candidate will partner with Capital One IT, 3rd party suppliers, and internal stakeholders to deliver continuous improvement efforts within the current ATM monitoring system, and to improve the quality of the ATM performance and customer experience of Capital One's ATM fleet.

This is a fast paced operational environment, so the ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple priorities, is extremely detail oriented and analytical, and is comfortable communicating with a broad audience including senior stakeholders as well as 3rd party suppliers.

Responsibilities:

-Support ATM Kiosk Management in achieving a well managed status for ATM

-Work with team to realize the monitoring strategy and opportunity roadmap to optimize the existing hardware performance while we deploy new ATM capabilities
-Maintain relationships with key partners and suppliers to ensure teams are in sync with future direction

-Responsible for on-going governance and management of monitoring standards and tool
-Identify improvement opportunities to increase capture rate of ATM outages and improve operational quality
-Support future channel volume growth as needed

-Develop monitoring metrics and dashboards to measure and publish fleet performance
-Responsible for on-going research into hardware outages and ensuring appropriate actions are taken to deliver fleet performance improvements

Implementation
-Manage the deliver and implementation of the new monitoring initiatives through execution, ensuring alignment with all stakeholders
-Identify and implement Value Stream based process improvements to improve customer experience and increase Bank efficiency

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree or Military Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in Business Process Management or at least 2 years of experience in Project Management

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in any quantitative field such as Engineering, Math, Finance, Business, Economics, Sciences
  • Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certification
