What you'll do:
  • Work across lines of business and cross-functional teams who publish customer-facing content on our digital platforms to create a North Star content management and reuse strategy that:
    • Looks across multiple systems and platforms to consider the end-to-end customer experience, from marketing to servicing
    • Informs how our systems and platforms are built and how content needs to be created
    • Considers content personalization
    • Considers test-and-learn capabilities
    • Aligns with our global design system
  • Show how content gets tweaked across platforms in the syndication process. Literally paint the picture for cross-organizational teams of what it looks like from a customer-facing perspective to reuse and personalize content across the customer experience.
  • Be the lead partner of the teams building a new CMS to translate the product vision and strategy for content reuse, inclusive of functional requirements and technical requirements; conversely, explain to stakeholders what the CMS can (or can't) support in terms of their business needs
  • Partner to build the roadmap to implement the strategy from a technical and business perspective
  • Create, implement content management processes that support governance for technical and business groups
  • Collaborate with content leads to establish content management standards
  • Lead content modeling and content mapping and auditing efforts to support customer experience goals; teach teams best practices
  • Own and Maintain digital channel content taxonomy


What we're looking for:
  • You know how business, creative, and technical teams work together and are comfortable speaking with each
  • You've successfully aligned multiple teams (some with alternative perspectives) around a vision while bringing them along the journey. In this case, experience with A/B and multivariate testing solutions
  • You have a background in syndication, dynamic content and personalization and the possibilities excite you
  • At one point in your career, you've been in the weeds in content and understand the perspectives of content creators.
  • Content modeling makes all the sense in the world to you
  • You understand content marketing of content and what it can seamlessly look like to do so across channels.
  • Are comfortable defining a new role and the possibilities that entails
  • Comfort working in white space/ambiguity and finding the path through it
  • Ability to pivot while staying focused on making progress towards a larger vision


Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing or MIS or military experience
  • At least 3 years of experience with enterprise content management systems
  • At least 3 years of experience with data taxonomies
  • At least 1 year of experience with DAM, DMP, tag management and data collection systems


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in MIS or marketing
  • 1+ year of experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Acquia, or Crownpeak
  • 1+ year of experience managing data used in real-time personalization
