Sr. Commercial Credit Specialist- Plano, TX

The Commercial Credit Specialist supports a team Commercial Card Sales Managers and Underwriters by managing the end-to-end process for our opportunities pipeline. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all associates in the acquisition process understand their responsibilities through coaching and effective use of pipeline reports. You will also be responsible for reviewing application documents for completeness and accuracy.

Description of Responsibilities:

  • Manage Opportunities Pipeline-exhibit strong interpersonal and organizational skills to manage deals through the process by facilitating touchpoints with multiple stakeholders
  • Process Management- provide support/guidance to Sales Managers, Underwriters, and others on the end-to-end process
  • AML/KYC Compliance-understanding and adhering to various regulatory requirements and business policies regarding: Lexis Nexis, Dunn & Bradstreet, Regulation O, OFAC and credit reports, when applicable
  • Application Reviews-review application documents for accuracy and completeness; maintain systems of record
  • Quality Checks-perform various control checks throughout the end to end acquisitions processes

Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, GED, or Military Experience
  • At least 3 years of workflow coordination experience
  • At least 3 years of credit support experience

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least of 5 years of credit support experience
