Sr. Associate, Commercial Card Sales Prospecting Execution- Richmond, VA


The Commercial Card business is looking for candidates to support its Prospecting function, which is responsible for enabling the successful execution of the Dimensional Marketing store, Event Ticketing and high impact prospecting support

An ideal candidate will operate in a highly visible, high-stakes, fast-paced agile team, executing prospecting activities that enable the sales team to have at their disposal a full array of prospecting tools to enhance the interactions with prospective customers. They will consistently, and with high quality, oversee the execution of making those materials available to the sellers via multiple channels

An ideal candidate will be highly flexible, able to adapt to change and willing to work in a highly collaborative environment where the perfect solution does not yet exist. The ability to influence decisions through effective written and verbal skills is vital to the role. The successful candidate will be able to work autonomously to refine and execute the process once it is developed and put to the test.


  • Manage process of determining items to be included as prospecting items
  • Manage the dimension marketing store
  • Manage the event ticketing process
  • Coordinate the delivery of regional prospecting events
  • Liaison with national marketing/brand on all prospecting ventures
  • Support marketing in the execution of regional marketing events

Travel required


Basic Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED, or Military Experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in marketing

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Understanding of the commercial card sales process
  • Strong communications skills
  • Ability to influence at all levels
  • 2 years event management
  • 2 years marketing experience
