Sr. Associate, Commercial Card Sales Knowledge Management Execution - Richmond, VA


The Commercial Card business is looking for candidates to support its Knowledge Management function, which is responsible for ensuring that all sales and CD training, communications and partner team contributions are up to date and accessible to the end user.

An ideal candidate will operate in a highly visible, high-stakes, fast-paced agile team, executing onboarding activities that range from creating a content refresh plan to partnering with legal, compliance and risk to ensure the viability of the content. They will consistently, and with high quality, oversee maintenance and health and hygiene of all sales CD and client facing materials to the threshold of audit readiness.

An ideal candidate will be highly flexible, able to adapt to change and willing to work in a highly collaborative environment where the perfect solution does not yet exist. The ability to influence decisions through effective written and verbal skills is vital to the role. The successful candidate will be able to work autonomously to refine and execute the process once it is developed and put to the test.


  • Develop materials review plan
  • Liaison with legal, risk and compliance to ensure viability of content
  • Liaison with learning and development
  • Develop and execute audit plan for all materials
  • Audit Commercial Card Sales Pulse pages for functionality
  • Support evaluation of content for possible Risk, Compliance and legal impacts
  • Develop process map and document risk and controls for the process

Travel required


Basic Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED, or Military Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in training and development
  • At least 2 years of experience in communications

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Understanding of the commercial card sales process
  • 1 year of Knowledge Management experience
  • 1 year Audit experience
  • Risk and Compliance background
  • At least 1 year of experience of development of department wide communications
