Sr. Associate, Commercial Card Sales Core Process Execution - Richmond, VA

SUMMARY

The Commercial Card business is looking for candidates to support its Training and Communications function, which is responsible for enabling the successful execution of Sales training and communication efforts across the team

An ideal candidate will operate in a highly visible, high-stakes, fast-paced agile team, executing onboarding activities that range from training event preparation and execution to leveraging contracting with vendors to drive the same. They will consistently, and with high quality, oversee the execution of internal events and communicate to the field on all aspects of each event.

An ideal candidate will be highly flexible, able to adapt to change and willing to work in a highly collaborative environment where the perfect solution does not yet exist. The ability to influence decisions through effective written and verbal skills is vital to the role. The successful candidate will be able to work autonomously to refine and execute the process once it is developed and put to the test.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Documentation and maintenance of Sales Processes
  • Partner with Marketing to maintain oversight of sales materials
  • Oversight of associate onboarding process execution
  • Responsible for all associating onboarding communications
  • Host live training sessions
  • Oversee execution of in person training offerings
  • Writes and submits BAU channel communications for review
  • Distributes communications once approved via existing channels
  • Uploads content into Shared sites
  • Uploads content into Pulse page


Travel required

REQUIREMENTS

Basic Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED, or Military Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in training and development
  • At least 2 years of experience in communications


Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Understanding of the commercial card sales process
  • At least 1 year of training and development event execution
