As a Senior Manager Delivery Lead on the Credit Solutions team in Commercial Banking Underwriting & Portfolio Management, you will be responsible for all phases of project management - from definition and planning to development and implementation. As part of our multi-year transformation journey, you will be driving strategic projects that focus on transforming the end-to-end credit process and technology to deliver an industry leading experience for clients and associates, as well as supporting critical regulatory response and remediation efforts. In addition to project delivery, you will provide oversight to Delivery Managers on your team who are supporting projects independently and will also partner with our Product and Technology teams to help define and structure the portfolio of work. Solutions will be simple, scalable, and digital. This role requires strong teamwork, communication, leadership and organization skills needed to drive progress and decisions across various Commercial Bank business lines and teams.

General Responsibilities:

  • Work autonomously on large and small scale projects that have a direct impact on the company.
  • Drive projects based on defined priorities; ensure scope of deliverables, timelines and budget are met; identify risks and issues and mitigate and / or escalate as needed
  • Working in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, plan, design, manage and execute project plans to ensure delivery, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage the work. This activity includes management through feasibility, design, planning and implementation.
  • Ensure status reports are submitted regularly and are accurate, appropriately detailed, and visible to all relevant stakeholders. Maintain key project documentation.
  • Provide oversight and support to Delivery Managers on your team as they manage implementation of projects in the portfolio.
  • Display strong consulting and collaboration skills to work with partners to understand business problems and focus on bringing issues to resolution, escalating as necessary to meet timelines. Includes clarifying and defining business needs, requirements and use cases.
  • Proactively Identify and remediate risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where necessary. Leverage problem solving skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent.
  • Demonstrate outstanding communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders across all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomes
  • Build relationships as an active and engaged member of a team that is working on delivering features to our associates and / or customers
  • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously using strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Identify ways to improve and streamline business process
  • Demonstrate organizational agility to adapt to changing demands and work in a dynamic environment.


Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience
  • At least 7 years of Project Management experience
  • At least 1 year of People Management experience


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree or MBA degree
  • At least 10 years of Project Management experience
  • At least 2 years of People Management experience
  • PMP, Lean, SAFe or Six Sigma certification
  • Experience with Agile product development
  • Knowledge of Commercial Banking
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong problem solving and influencing skills
