Senior Manager, BA: Small Business Bank Performance Marketing & Acquisitions

Capital One's Small Business Bank (SBB) team is looking for an experienced performance/digital marketer to lead our rapidly growing performance marketing and acquisitions team. As a Senior Manager, Business Analysis, you'll build out martech capabilities, dig deep into channel analytics, and use your understanding of performance marketing to optimize our SEM, SEO, and manage our website. And you'll do it all in a collaborative environment that values your insight, encourages you to take on new responsibility, promotes continuous learning, and rewards innovation.

The role:

Drive strategy and deliver digital marketing (SEM, SEO, other paid tactics), website optimization, martech strategy/platform management (DMP, Salesforce Marketing Cloud), and prospect marketing for SBB Marketing. This role is a people manager with 5 direct reports and reports to the Head of Marketing. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Lead digital marketing strategy for all paid and earned tactics. Partner with our digital agency, Google, and affiliates to implement and analyze results
  • Create full-funnel conversion model in partnership with data science team
  • Develop roadmap and A/B testing agenda for SBB website
  • Drive martech platform strategy, including developing use cases for our DMP
  • Lead prospect direct mail strategy

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in any quantitative field (Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, Engineering)
• At least 2 years of experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis
• At least 1 year of experience in people management
• At least 1 year of experience in project management

Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA)
• 5+ years of experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis
• 2+ years of experience in people management
• 2+ years of experience in product development
• 2+ years of experience in financial modeling and economic forecasting
• 2+ years of experience in project management
