Senior Director, Product Management - Enterprise Account Services

We're looking for a leader in our Enterprise Customer team who can help transform our company and create new experiences to drive customer focused value.

  • Think about every touch point we have with consumers across multiple accounts, from their identity information to their preferences, and help us continuously improve them and build new experiences.
  • Lead data strategy for extending bank reach through redefinition of customer attributes and the ways in which they and the bank interact.
  • Manage a team of product managers to develop, launch, and enhance products and services that interface with our consumers every day.

In this role, you'll have responsibility for creating a customer strategy and execution of enterprise-wide products and services that transform our customer interaction from the account level to the customer level. This work leads the way for customer-first servicing.

Key Job Functions:

  • Product Development: Manage the entire digital Product Lifecycle from concept through launch. Develop new digital products and process enhancements. Develop business cases and gain support from business leaders. Produce documents (business case, business requirements, functional requirements, etc.). Develop project plans and handle projects with aggressive time frames and assure that goals, budgets and deadlines are met. Drive the customer-centric research process for defining the product feature set and user experience. Use your strong understanding of technology to collaborate with IT partners to build scalable, extensible solutions that deliver on the product requirements.

  • Strategic Thinking: Develop plans to meet existing and evolving business and product goals. Evangelize the digital products and secure business-wide consensus on the strategy. Translate business goals into functional digital strategies and tactical digital product ideas. Consider the Enterprise Customer in assessing the impact of new projects. Work closely with various business leaders to advise them on how to develop and sustain advantage in their space via the digital channels. Ensure that our products meet and exceeds the goals.

  • Initiative/ Problem Solving: Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. Requires initiative, flexibility, innovation and team focus to drive success. Make sound judgments using integrative thinking. Use problem solving skills that help identify, isolate and resolve problems and issues in a timely fashion to negate or minimize customer impact. Develop solutions to new and complex needs/issues.

  • Leadership/ Accountability: Possess strong leadership skills and serve as the primary contact for assigned initiatives. Work to influence and conduct cross-functional projects - some with remote resources. Develop close working relationship with other departments in the company as well as external contacts.

  • Research/ Decision Making: Monitor competitors and industry trends, work with in-house analysts to develop metrics, interpret data, devise corresponding market strategies, and present recommendations to business leaders. Develop, support and prove/disprove hypotheses using quantitative and qualitative techniques. Clearly presenting research results and recommendations using various software applications.

  • Practical application of Human Centered Design
  • Accomplishment as a people manager and a self-starter attitude
  • Agile product management experience
  • The ability to integrate business knowledge and analytical insight to develop sound options and "sell" recommendations
  • Comfort with establishing relationships across levels within organizations, including executive interactions
  • Experience in major technology project deployments
  • Experience developing a platform and APIs to be integrated across enterprise-wide systems
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, collaboration, communication (written, verbal, and technical), presentation, negotiation, influence and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work autonomously in a complex environment that may include multiple simultaneous projects
  • Experience managing the definition and execution of projects (conceptualization, requirements, design, development, testing, and implementation)
  • Experience developing and managing web sites/online applications
  • A proven track record in delivering products that deliver substantial value

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or military experience
  • At least 8 years of experience in Digital Product Management
  • At least 5 years of experience in People Management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree
  • At least 10 years of experience in consumer space for digital mobile and web product development
