Senior Business Analyst- Service and Change Delivery

ATM Kiosk team is looking for a business analyst to focus on the key channel operations that is critical for success of National Expansion Franchise and Retail Bank Transformation strategy. This person will be accountable for spearheading ATM Cash Management Team Analysis and Cash Performance Reporting for Capital One ATM fleet. This in conjunction with solid analytical projects that will require building robust business cases and owning the product/delivery from end-2-end.

What will you do?
- Lead the business case and analysis for Recycling ATMs and lead the workstream to set, deploy and monitor the performance of the recyclers
- Understand ATM cash management working and develop innovative ways to solve the primary issues of ATMs being out of cash or being full of deposits. Develop those ideas and work with several operational partners to learn, adjust and deliver improvement that will improve ATM health
- Report out the operational performance of the ATM channel in regards to Cash and Deposits
- Learn and explore new technologies including Big Data, Tableau, Hadoop, etc. that will be the future of effective reporting
- The job requires interacting with and influencing multiple partner teams across the company, including: ATM Ops, Branch Ops, Compliance, Bank and enterprise Digital, and several Retail Bank teams
-The work requires a deep understanding of the ATM channel and the operational intricacies to ideate new opportunities for the channel to pursue (beyond Cash team)
- You will also be responsible for channel MBR and building the channel view for SLT reviews

What we are looking for:
- Integrative thinking to push the operations team towards improved performance
- Ability to pull data and massage it to derive logical interpretation and health assessment; also autonomy in performing simple data analysis and preparing reports using Tableau
- Knowledge and passion for emerging technologies and operations and how they are used to deliver great products for the ATM channel
- Strategic thinking and an ability to effectively identify opportunities for growth in new businesses and markets
- A high level of intellectual curiosity and comfort with ambiguity
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors
- Core analytical skills to build business cases and strategy for new products
- Solid Business Analytics

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree

- At least 1 year of experience in analysis

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree
- 1+ years of experience in Statistical model building

- 1+ years of experience in market research

- 1+ years of experience in SQL querying

- 2+ years of experience in business analysis
- 1+ years of experience in consulting
